Zucchini, Onion, and Pepper Toss

2 cups grated zucchini

1/2 cup jalapeno, finely diced

1 whole mini sweet red and yellow peppers

1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon Weber Canadian steak seasoning

2 tablespoons Smude’s Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil


Combine all ingredients on a square of tin foil, cover with another sheet of foil and pinch edges.  Place directly on grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Can be eaten as a side dish, with poultry or fish.
