- 1/2 cup Smude Premium Cold Pressed Virgin Sunflower Oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 Tblsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix and beat well the first six ingredients.
Mix and add the next four ingredients and nuts if using, mixing until well blended.
Pour into two well greased bread pans or 7 mini loaf-loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for minis and 60 minutes for regular loaf pans or until toothpick comes out clean.
